Internet Librarian 2009 first keynote on Monday, Oct 26th is well known computer scientist Vint Cerf, VP & Chief Internet Evangelist, Google, who is focuing on the conference theme — digital publishing, preservation and practices. Vinton (Vint) Cerf, along with Robert Kahn, is co-designer of the TCP/IP Internet network protocol. Here is a picture of the two receiving an award from US President Bill Clinton.
